Why Empower360 exists
Across Aotearoa, community leaders and organisations contribute knowledge, relationships, time and substantial voluntary effort. Yet many operate with limited resources and unequal access to governance support, organisational development, funding relationships and decision-making.
At the same time, organisations across the public, community and business sectors want to engage diverse communities more effectively but may lack the relationships, confidence or culturally responsive practices needed to do so.
Empower360 helps connect these needs. We strengthen community capability, build trusted relationships and create practical pathways for community knowledge to inform services, funding and decisions.
